Our Spiral’s dinner buffet got cancelled after the typhoon hit and damaged the hotel’s restaurant two weeks ago. And it brings sadness to most voucher holders after receiving notice that the restaurant will resume mid next year, and with that, voucher holders for buffet and functions can either refund or just wait until reconstruction is finished and until they are finally functioning again. Anyways, I wonder how those people who handle Reservations Clerk Jobs for the hotel’s restaurant handles a lot of questions and icky remarks of people who waited and technically planned much for a buffet experience at Spiral.
