Ingredients

1. camote cut into strips
2. brown sugar
3. cooking oil
   

Procedure

1. cut the camote into long strips
2. heat the frying pan when it is heated put 2 to 3 cups of oil and wait till its heated then put brown sugar spread into the oil,
3. cover the area of the oil, then wait for awhile and you will see the sugar will float then thats the time you put the sliced camote
   
4. wait for the camote to be brown in color b4 you flip it to cook the other side or you can stir the camote strips every so often.
5. serve hot and enjoy!
