INGREDIENTS:
marinate:
1 kilo medium shrimps
2 tablespoon lemon juice (fresh from fruit)
salt and pepper
Butter:
1 pieces eggs
30 grams cornstarch (1/3 cup)
1/3 cups all purpose flour
1/4 cup bead crumbs
2 tbsp .white wine
PROCEDURE:
- Marinate shrimps with lemon juice ,salt and pepper.
- Mix all butter ingredients and blend thoroughly.
- Dip individually to butter mixture and deep fry until golden brown
- Drain in absorbent paper.
- Serve with sauce
