Regency Lagoon Dinner – Day 1

  As part of our 3d/2n package at Duck vacation rentals er, I mean Regency Lagoon Resort/Hotel, set of dinner for adults and complimentary junior servings for the kids 4 and below is what we indulged in during our stay. Actually, after knowing that we will have a sit down dinner instead of a buffet worries us for we might not be satisfied or something for the servings might not be hefty enough for us huge eaters. But surprisingly, Regency Lagoon Cafe deserves a standing ovation for their huge and delicious servings of meticulously served dinners for us!
Now here is our first night dinner:
Soup: Seafood Chowder

Bread and Butter – their breads are really freshly baked and are so yummy, the kids love ‘em!

Salad: Chicken Caesar Salad

Main Course: Grilled Fillet of Hanging Beef (wrapped in bacon with espagnole sauce), Pan-seared Marinated Jumbo Prawn (with lemon butter sauce and mix stir fried veggies)
Starch: Mashed Potato

Dessert: Macaroons and Bar Cakes
