My family loves to eat. In fact, we are all considered as foodie. The down part of thing is that, our metabolism are slow, just like turtle. That is why we can't really indulge on all those carbo loaded meals and sugary stuff just like that. We try not too, but at times we can't. Probably we need this appetite suppressant or something eh? You see, health wise we can't just let ourselves eat and eat, we need to be particular in everything we put into our mouths specially if we know that we can't burn 'em that easy. So what to do, learn to prepare and cook meals that are really healthy and less all those starch and what not. Right?!
