This is for those who would love to eat gelatin but doesn't like it to have milk. Just plain gelatin with sugar.
Ingredients:
- 1 pack gelatin powder
- 1/4 kilo sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- peaches or pineapples if desired
- Cook the gelatin according to packaging (with 6 cups of water) in medium heat
- When it start to boil, add on the sugar and let it boil for another 5 minutes
- Add on the vanilla and turn off the heat
- Let the mixture cool down a bit before pouring it to readied containers with peaches or pineapple bits.
- Serve chilled.
