co-sleeper

Our daughter has been co-sleeping with us for almost two weeks now, she used to sleep comfortably in her own little bed until she gets the idea of sleeping on my side of the bed! And with a not so huge bed that we have it has been very hard for me and the husband to sleep right with the little brat horizontally positioned in between us! It's fun but she needs to learn how to sleep on her bed, alone. Co-sleeping once in a while is alright but what if we decided to get a sleep number bed something that is most of the time made for two co-sleeping, just like the photo below.

charmed

My birthday is just around the corner and I am already thinking of what to buy for myself, there are numerous stuffs on my list actually, but some holsted jewelry is still on my top wish from www. Holstedjewelers.com which I find quite affordable compare to other jewelry brands in the market today. And being able to gain a lot of positive reviews over the net, I'd probably get myself one of these three lovely bracelet charms! All priced below $100! yes, that cheap! but the question is which will be my lucky pick among these three? Your suggestion can probably help me here, just comment on which caught your eye. If only I can get all of it, but no I can't, for there are other things that needs to be bought too!

c strikes

my SIL is getting hook again with online games, just the other day she asked me to help her buy an online game full version over the web. she has finished the trial version in one sitting! she is one heck of a video game fanatic, compare to her brothers she is more into this kind of game. and to tell you, she can finish the game itself! when it terms to this game addiction she can match my boy cousin who ever since is a game and computer junk. i mean, just recently i hear him saying that he's into casino online what?! yes, casino games playing. he even thinks of getting his own credit card honestly, i doesn't have the slightest idea what this thing does to him, better check it out later. my cousin said that having that said credit cards would do him a lot of things, it's like joining an online group with the same interest on this said game. oh well, i just hope he does excel in this usa casinos too!

we need

The husband came home with some auto insurance rates he got from his agent friend and asked me to read it, it was super long I tell, the reason why he asked me to do it for him, now can you call it husband's perks? Anyways, so I happily obliged, read it from start til the end, it was nice really, the deals and the terms. Thus it made the husband gets a thinking if he'll sign up for it or not, you see we are still in the midst of convincing ourselves to get one of those auto insurance online quotes as well.
Anyways, I remember back in my College days, there were already numbers of students who drive their own car. i actually envy them, being able to drive themselves around town after class or during weekends. and let me tell you, having and driving your own car while still in school is something every student would want! that is why there are companies that offers auto insurance coverage made specially for those who are still in school or something that was made very affordable. at least by getting your car insured can leave you worry less just in case something might happen to the car.but really, i'm thankful my parents didn't bought a car while i was still in College, or else i could have drove around non stop and would probably caused friction with my parents!

12 Weightless Tricks

From Em

* Switch one soda. Exchange one soda (diet or regular) that you drink every day for water. In one study, dieters who replaced almost all sweetened drinks with H2O lost an average of five pounds more than those who didn’t. Even limiting diet drinks can help, says Heather Bauer, RD, founder of Nu-Trin nutrition counseling center in New York City.

* Eat and run.
Before you reach for that candy bar, think about how far you need to run to burn those calories.

* Chew slowly. In a recent study, when the subjects were told to eat quickly, they ate 646 calories in nine minutes, but when they were encouraged to pause between bites and chew each mouthful 15 to 20 times, they took in just 579 calories in 29 minutes.

* Sleep.
Replacing one hour of “inactive” awake time with sleep can slash your calorie intake by about six percent, due to hormonal changes and simply by giving you fewer chances to eat, says recent research.

* Turn in a little hungry. Nighttime snacks can add up to 300 extra calories daily, says Julie Upton, RD. On a scale of one to 10, one being faint due to hunger and 10 being stuffed, go to bed at about six.

* Be a flextarian. Going meatless for at least two meals a week can help reduce the amount of saturated fat and calories you consume, says Bauer.

* Change your dressing. A salad is certainly virtuous — until you pour on the dressing. In fact, people can often get more fat and calories from dressings than any other food, says Bauer. Try the new salad dressing spritzers, which add flavor for just 10 calories.

* Leave a few bites behind. This equals about 100 calories, which is all you need to cut down from your daily diet to avoid gaining the one to two pounds most adults put on every year, says Jim Hill, PhD, co-founder of America on the Move.

* Go the extra mile. This will help you ward off weight gain. That’s just 2,000 steps (or about a walk around the block).

* Jump rope. This will up the calorie burn of your walking workout. Start by doing 20 jumps every five to 10 minutes.

* Sit in front of the TV … on a stability ball.
“It gets you to hold in your abdominal muscles, so you’re building strength and helping posture,” says Katie Duggan, MPH, manager of the Prevention Research Center at St. Louis University’s School of Public Health.
* Exercise while you e-mail. Sit upright and inhale deeply. As you exhale slowly, draw your lower abdominals in toward your spine. Hold them tight (while you take a few easy breaths) for as long as it takes you to write an e-mail.

eating out

I love eating! who doesn't?! my whole family loves eating and food binging too! we are suckers for great foods and healthy meals that is why, it is important for us to know what dishes are being served in certain restaurant before actually trying them out. We just want to make sure that we get our money's worth after the ordering and eating. Good thing, there are numerous good food shops near our place so we didn't have to worry on where to go when we just want to eat out, yes even in the wee hours of the night, there are restaurants that are open twenty four hours a day to cater all the food lovers here in our city. But aside from checking them out first, I also like checking reviews of different restaurants online, I don't know really, but the fact of reading so many good things about shops, foods and all fascinates me. And I learned that there are so many good Denver Restaurants that caters so well to their people. Something I look forward to in the future, you know, trying out their promising restaurants too someday!

day dreaming

It's almost summer time! and I want to have a very nice vacation in one of those exclusive resorts with my family. I remember last year when we had a short stay at Island cove, where we had so much fun swimming and eating out, how we wished to afford for extended stay hotels option! I'd probably extend for another week or so! how I love their buffets and not worrying on what to cook or whatever. The only thing that you need is enough money to spend and you'll do just fine.

school thing

Do you know the famous online college courses? Or the famous Capella University? I was able to blog about this school and its different offerings for a few times now in my other blogs, actually some of my readers even commented about their knowledge and idea about the great things this online school has to offer. I even received a comment telling that they actually know someone who did enrolled and experienced the positive and really new way of learning at the comfort of your own home. The said person were able to graduate from a course he got from Capella, and the effect? he was able to bag a job right after he finished the course he took! Imagine, being able to work right after studying! it is so cool! who wouldn't want that right? So if you are thinking of studying again, you can really do so! just inquire at Capella University which is accredited by The Higher Learning Commission and is a member of the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools (NCA). The fully online university you can enroll yourself and enjoy at the comfort of your own home.

LP: Tsokolate

Ang aking paboritong cake ay Tsokolate. Sobrang sarap, nakakapawi ng lungkot at lalong nakaka pag pasaya!

My favorite cake is chocolate. Super deliscious, it can definitely make you happy!
Speaking of cakes, I promise to reward myself with this kind of sweet treat after being able to save some money because I was able to snag those free promotional products from my grocery shopping! It's super worth it because it made me save a few bucks instead of paying for the items in full! Wise move isn't?! lol

Bokeh

I remember how I used to dream of creating my on bokeh shot. And finally, after getting my own SLR camera, I was able to fiddle with my lens without the need of a 50mm. And yeah, I'm really happy with the results, great aperture were created after some time of adjustment. Super nice and I am happy!

Anyways, this were taken at our favorite Steak House while we are waiting for our order after a tiring day at the mall where we scour for bathroom safety products for my parent's bathroom.
