Pig's thigh cooked in soy sauce, vinegar with sugar is Paksiw na Pata. A very yummy food anyone love! even my niece loves it so much. Cooked by my sister two days ago, I can't help but took a picture of it..and will post the recipe in here too.. next time! lol
