Noodles

Mom is craving for Sotanghon noodle. Which reminds me of the last children party we attended when we had the said noodle dish with hard boiled egg toppings! well, I don't prefer my meals with eggs that is why it took me a while to convince myself to eat it, but then, mom said it was really good, so I tried.. and yeah, it's really good.. with a twist!
