One of the staple canned goods we have here in our cupboard is corned beef. Because there are these few times mom is not in great shape to cook special-elaborated meals for us. Thus making her run to the shelf and get a can or two of our favorite corned beef and saute (stir fry) it with cabbage. Super delicious yet so easy to prepare. It's like you can make a small business opportunity by putting up an eatery. :)

- 1 can corned beef (the chunkier/meatier the better)
- 4 pcs garlic (crushed/minced)
- 1 small onion (chopped)
- 1 small cabbage (sliced0
- 1/4 cup water
- salt
- pepper
- oil
- Saute garlic, onion in hot oil
- when the garlic has browned and the onion has cleared drop in the 1 can corned beef
- stir well for about 2 minutes
- add on the 1/4 cup water, salt and pepper to taste. simmer for about 3 minutes
- now put the cabbage in the simmering corned beef and stir well for about 1 minute and remove from heat.
- serve hot with rice.
