One staple food in our house is Beef Tapa, I think this is somewhat similar to jerky. In our case, we do our stocks by ourselves, the husband usually do it and we have it stock in our fridge, so whenever we feels like not cooking or something, I just take it out and fry some good amount for us. Although the husband prefers this for his breakfast.
Anyways before I read on this travel medical insurance quotes, let me share to you our home made tapa recipe.
Ingredients:
- 1 kilo beef strips
- 2 cloves garlic (minced/crushed)
- pepper
- vinegar
- salt
- water
- Put the beef strips in the pan/pot with 1 1/2 cups of water, 1/2 cup vinegar, pepper, salt and the crushed garlic
- let it simmer for 3o minutes. cover the pan/pot
- continuously stir the beef and when the water is almost dry out put off the fire and let it stay to cold before keeping it in the freezer
- Fry in hot oil and serve with rice and some fresh veggies!

yummy .. at home we dry the tapa under the sun for one day! then we also keep them in the fridge so we can take them out to fry esp at breakfast!
