Another easy comfort food that is so easy to prepare and will surely be love by the whole family! I happened to catch my mom preparing this the other day so I quickly took a picture of it and share it with you together with the recipe..
What you need:
- 3-4 cloves of garlic (crushed)
- 1 medium onion
- 1/4 kilo pork (cut into bite size)
- 1 medium pack of Sotanghon noodles
- 2-3 stems of kinchay
- pork bullion cube
- salt
- pepper
- 1 1/2cup water
- the usual, saute the garlic, onions then put the bite size pork, let it pan fried for 2-3 minutes
- add the water, salt,pepper and bullion cube let it simmer for 10 minutes
- add the kinchay and the sotanghon noodles, cover and simmer for another 5 minutes until the noodles is ready
- serve hot with rice :)
