Pork Batchoy

Another easy comfort food that is so easy to prepare and will surely be love by the whole family! I happened to catch my mom preparing this the other day so I quickly took a picture of it and share it with you together with the recipe..

What you need:

  • 3-4 cloves of garlic (crushed)
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1/4 kilo pork (cut into bite size)
  • 1 medium pack of Sotanghon noodles
  • 2-3 stems of kinchay
  • pork bullion cube
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 1/2cup water
Procedure:
  • the usual, saute the garlic, onions then put the bite size pork, let it pan fried for 2-3 minutes
  • add the water, salt,pepper and bullion cube let it simmer for 10 minutes
  • add the kinchay and the sotanghon noodles, cover and simmer for another 5 minutes until the noodles is ready
  • serve hot with rice :)
