1. What’s your favorite cereal? I always love honey flakes, simple, nothing fancy. And guess what? my daughter and husband likes it too!

#2. What do you use to flip food on the stove? I have wooden ladle and tong.

#3. What’s your favorite type of donut? Sugar glazed one!

settling things now

Now that there are many cases of misfortunes, sickness and even work lay offs  it is I believe the time for know more on about life insurance cost that we can avail. Finally realized that this is something we must invest on rather than other material things because this can possibly help us during our old age. At least, we can start early and have things settled in about 10 years time depending on the coverage we might avail. Bottom line, it's more of like taking care and looking forward to our old age self and have things (financially wise) be settled as early as now.

happy birthday Juliana

Today is my god daughter/niece Juliana's birthday, unfortunately I wouldn't be able to attend her party later because I have a booked event to shoot, my sister will cover everything in behalf of my presence and my daughter will be the one to greet her as my proxy for the 7 gifts. Hopefully she'll love our present, and praying for a great weather tomorrow! Happy Birthday again baby girl!

outdoor shoot

Tomorrow, we will have a pre-nuptial shoot with our June 23 couple. Hopefully we'll have a nice weather so we can boot some fancy sky shots and grassy scenes. But unfortunately, we've been having a gloomy weather for days now and only a miracle can give us a sunny day so that we can do some pose with the newly installed outdoor fountains at the resort where we will have our engagement shoot.

ok, now this is too cute right?! I'm actually thinking of doing this to my set of wooden serving spoons! 

diabolos

My daughter is very much amazed with yoyo and those who can do lots of tricks with that. In fact, she even asked if she can have one of those colorful yoyo and start learning how to do tricks! Actually, the as mentioned by one of my husband's relatives, he used to be so good with playing yoyo and those chinese style diabolos that he  even was invited to be part of the school's extra curicular meet ups! Now I think it has something to do with same genes and same interest huh!? 

kiddie project

I can't remember if I was able to blog about my daughter's school art work some months ago. But then again, since this is really worth sharing, here it again :) It was one of her many surprise for us aside from their jigsaw puzzles and drawing masterpieces.  Simple, yet very well appreciated. Since this is one of her firsts, we had it kept on her pre-school box memorabilia for her to see when she's old enough to reminisce. 

inspired cooking

There are times, actually most of the time when I cook I also sing. Let's just say that it's just another way of releasing boredom of being alone in the kitchen or at times I sing because I'm inspired to cook. To what genre I am inclined during cooking? from the songs of the oldies but goodies to the newest danceable hits nowadays, even those access music or alternative type, it actually doesn't matter since I'm pretty sure every song I sing is out of tune, thus no one would understand what I'm singing! :D

praying for rain

With this scorching heat, probably everyone is praying for rain! Actually a lot of people are already panicking with this summer hotness because kids and adults alike are getting sick with so much heat and humidity. Airconditioners and electric fans are having hard time doing their task too. That is why some old folks are doing rituals and are pulling out their rain barrels while asking for rain. Yes, talk about old rituals in the province.

oreo cheesecake

would you care to share an oreo cheesecake recipe? i’ve been craving for this for days now unfortunately the nearest coffee/cake house doesn’t have stock! so i’m thinking of just doing it myself.
