personalized lunch bags

Now that the school has started weeks ago, for sure kids brought and showcased their new school stuff already. But my daughter, can’t fathom the thought of bringing her new things and have it in use. In fact, she has couple of personalized lunch boxes that a friend gave her that are still in plastic being kept in our cabinet as of this writing. She says that she’ll use it someday when it’s time and the one she’s using is totally worn out already.

wedding

A close friend is about to wed this coming Saturday, and my daughter is one of their chosen flower girl. My friends are pretty much excited on this event because it’ll also be the time for us to catch up on years that have passed. For sure, there are so many stories and experiences to tell and laugh about. Actually, we also decided to rent a house where we can stay after the wedding, a rest house actually complete with summer things inside like tropical ceiling fans, patio chairs, swings and mini pool! Now, that spells FUN!

My friend’s birthday is coming up. As of now, I am thinking of what gift should I give her. She’s a nurse to a government hospital. I want something that she may use often. I’m glad that I have found sites that specializes in different designs for medical scrubs, nursing scrubs, nurse uniforms and a lot more. settling things now

Now that there are many cases of misfortunes, sickness and even work lay offs  it is I believe the time for know more on about life insurance cost that we can avail. Finally realized that this is something we must invest on rather than other material things because this can possibly help us during our old age. At least, we can start early and have things settled in about 10 years time depending on the coverage we might avail. Bottom line, it's more of like taking care and looking forward to our old age self and have things (financially wise) be settled as early as now.

happy birthday Juliana

Today is my god daughter/niece Juliana's birthday, unfortunately I wouldn't be able to attend her party later because I have a booked event to shoot, my sister will cover everything in behalf of my presence and my daughter will be the one to greet her as my proxy for the 7 gifts. Hopefully she'll love our present, and praying for a great weather tomorrow! Happy Birthday again baby girl!

Tomorrow, we will have a pre-nuptial shoot with our June 23 couple. Hopefully we'll have a nice weather so we can boot some fancy sky shots and grassy scenes. But unfortunately, we've been having a gloomy weather for days now and only a miracle can give us a sunny day so that we can do some pose with the newly installed outdoor fountains at the resort where we will have our engagement shoot.

My daughter is very much amazed with yoyo and those who can do lots of tricks with that. In fact, she even asked if she can have one of those colorful yoyo and start learning how to do tricks! Actually, the as mentioned by one of my husband's relatives, he used to be so good with playing yoyo and those chinese style diabolos that he  even was invited to be part of the school's extra curicular meet ups! Now I think it has something to do with same genes and same interest huh!? 

kiddie project

I can't remember if I was able to blog about my daughter's school art work some months ago. But then again, since this is really worth sharing, here it again :) It was one of her many surprise for us aside from their jigsaw puzzles and drawing masterpieces.  Simple, yet very well appreciated. Since this is one of her firsts, we had it kept on her pre-school box memorabilia for her to see when she's old enough to reminisce. 

inspired cooking

There are times, actually most of the time when I cook I also sing. Let's just say that it's just another way of releasing boredom of being alone in the kitchen or at times I sing because I'm inspired to cook. To what genre I am inclined during cooking? from the songs of the oldies but goodies to the newest danceable hits nowadays, even those access music or alternative type, it actually doesn't matter since I'm pretty sure every song I sing is out of tune, thus no one would understand what I'm singing! :D

praying for rain

With this scorching heat, probably everyone is praying for rain! Actually a lot of people are already panicking with this summer hotness because kids and adults alike are getting sick with so much heat and humidity. Airconditioners and electric fans are having hard time doing their task too. That is why some old folks are doing rituals and are pulling out their rain barrels while asking for rain. Yes, talk about old rituals in the province.

would you care to share an oreo cheesecake recipe? i’ve been craving for this for days now unfortunately the nearest coffee/cake house doesn’t have stock! so i’m thinking of just doing it myself.

My site is still under construction, unfortunately, after a year of being stuck it still hasn’t move a bit. Blame it on my busy schedule that I couldn’t find time to update and maintain my business blog. That is why, i already decided to look for affordable website builder and let him or her do the stuff that I can't when it comes to giving my site a boost and lift of traffic as soon as possible!

There are so many construction going on around the metro nowadays, that for those who seldom visit the urban areas will be mesmerized when they saw how fast the construction of those infrastructure are! Sometimes I wonder about steel buildings prices and does it double whenever they asked to build it in a given period of time. But then again, probably it’s the effect of the high end construction equipments that makes the building process fast or something.

i guess you too guys are seeing those nutritional pills like testosterone supplement commercials that are flooding the local channels nowadays. who would have thought that many of our vegetables and fruits are possible to cure or prevent illnesses and even cancers. just by taking those pills one day as supplements it is said that it can boost ones immune system and have a healthy body against diseases. at least having all the harsh elements being present in our world today there are some ways to prevent it from damaging oneself.

Now here’s something that I’m asking the husband to buy for me.. a nice and cute Manny and Mickey combination tee! Was so lucky because he agreed immediately, probably he sees my pure desire to have this :D but unfortunately, this only comes in a small size and that wouldn’t fit me! (how I wish though). ‘guess I’d better read more about the latest designs of cufflinks and see if it can work for the tops my sister is making… hopefully it'll fit my body!
