I need my caffeine fix now! If only there are coffee shops near our place it wouldn't be a problem. But unluckily, we don't have one. The nearest is like 45 minute drive away. Yes, that far, bummer. I so much envy those who live near Starbucks and Gloria Jeans shops... for at any time they can get their fix as easy as 1-2-3.

beauty and school!

been bragging me to study in one of those beauty school indianapolis being listed at

You see, she is the one who actually dreams of enrolling herself into one of the beauty school so she can learn a lot of stuff when it comes to beauty and salon works. But the thing is, she wasn't able to fulfill her dream due to one reason or another that is why she is asking me to do it. Actually, I wanted it oo, in fact, I have been inquiring in a lot of schools alreadya and I am preparing myself and really taking it slow to think it over. After my four year course, I might enroll myself and learn a lot of good things when it comes to salon business and managing. Let's just see if things and plans will push through, but now, all I can do is hope for that!

Let me share with you our table centerpiece of the wedding reception we attended last week at Sonya's Garden. As expected, the foods were awesome! I truly love their fresh garden salad dressing and the other menu that was provided for the guests. Their chocolate cake was yummy even my daughter asks for another bite! I had to share of course. Anyways, I heard that the newlyweds were really happy with their granddestination weddings and will soon have a great honeymoon! now that's sweet isn't!? Since they are both wildly traveled, I bet they will also visit some other tourist destination near Vegas and I'm so looking forward to pictures of their vacation as early as now!

Now that sounds fun!

Sunday it is! And what to do during this lax day? sleep and bum all day, but then I still have to do some more tasks and help mom with our lunch - promised her that I will do the cooking, that's why!
Anyways, my sister and I are considering of getting a new exercise machine where we can all use, but my mom suggest that we should get one of those ping pong tables instead since playing ping pong can benefit us all with the super hyper activity it gives to people. And the fact that I once played on those mini table tennis tournament during my high school days.
Got to be active and athletic you know! :)

chocolate mousse

We all love chocolate! who doesn't? and lately, my daughter and I are into munching down sinful chocolate desserts like this super rich chocolate mousse! Thus explains my current hunt for the best diet pills in the market today! From all the eat outs during the past few weeks, I believe that few (or more) pounds were again added to my current need-help-weight! Though most of the times I argue first with my thoughts before hitting the order now button, at most days I still do the push! Oh, eating the yummiest desserts there is makes us really happy and vibe! So anyways, let me share with you a recipe/procedure for this oh so rich and yummy chocolate mousse dessert!




INGREDIENTS
8 (1 ounce) squares semisweet chocolate, coarsely chopped
1/2 cup water, divided
2 tablespoons butter (no substitutes)
3 egg yolks
2 tablespoons sugar
1 1/4 cups whipping cream, whipped

DIRECTIONS
1.In a microwave or double boiler, heat chocolate, 1/4 cup water and butter until the chocolate and butter are melted. Cool for 10 minutes. In a small heavy saucepan, whisk egg yolks, sugar and remaining water. Cook and stir over low heat until mixture reaches 160 degrees F, about 1-2 minutes. Remove from the heat; whisk in chocolate mixture. Set saucepan in ice and stir until cooled, about 5-10 minutes. Fold in whipped cream. Spoon into dessert dishes. Refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight.

1. camote cut into strips
2. brown sugar
3. cooking oil
   

Procedure

1. cut the camote into long strips
2. heat the frying pan when it is heated put 2 to 3 cups of oil and wait till its heated then put brown sugar spread into the oil,
3. cover the area of the oil, then wait for awhile and you will see the sugar will float then thats the time you put the sliced camote
   
4. wait for the camote to be brown in color b4 you flip it to cook the other side or you can stir the camote strips every so often.
5. serve hot and enjoy!

After attending a party last week, my daughter has been raving about her own party! No kidding, she is already requesting to have her party at one of the leading fast food chain! Which I find quite expensive though a lot more hassle free since I wouldn't have to do so many stuff when it comes to planning.
