Tokyo Cafe

As mentioned on my other post, my mommy friends had a fun meet up last Friday, to first get their loots from Boston and second to have a whole day of eating and bonding time!
We had lunch at Tokyo Cafe, it was actually unplanned because no one has an idea on where to eat, but when we happen to pass this dainty restaurant, we had to agree on eating there! And yes, we were quite surprise how our stay there was so worth it! Foods -everything was delicious, greatly served, fast and the staff were so accommodating! And the price!? it was fairly done! two thumbs up for this restaurant! So what we talked about?! A lot! from the Hayden Kho scandals to health insurance lead to house plans and budgeting and missing those whom we love...
So what we had? here... feast your eyes on all this yummy dishes!

WS: Crepes @ Cafe Breton

My friends and I met for a Friday food overloading at Mall of Asia last Friday. Actually, we planned this get together after our loots arrived from San Francisco - thanks Glo and Faye! so there, after the package arrived last Tuesday, we immediately plan of a weekend meet up. Unfortunately, Peachy,Mai,Alpha and Thea wasn't able to made it that is why only four of us had a chance of full force of carbo loading day! Aggie, Litzie, Joy and me - I also tagged my sister so I can have someone to help me took care of my daughter :D

So we had a quick coffee stop at Starbucks while waiting for Joy to arrive, Litzie came in first and waited for a good one hour before Aggie and I appeared! Anyways, so we had lunch at Tokyo Cafe - which deserves another post (we had so much fun there and food was awesome!). Around two in the afternoon, we decided to hit the Cafe Breton for some crepes! sugar craving you know. It took us a while to spot this place, but when the crepes were served... it was heaven! I was able to buy a cute box cutter on the way, while we were locating the shop.

Everything that we ordered was perfect on its own way I must admit, it took me a while to choose my favorite actually! But yes, everything tied up on my taste bud!



We'll definitely come back here, with all the other girls of course!

honeymoon

i love the city of Baguio simply because they have a very cold climate that makes the beautiful flowers bloom throughout the year. Thus making them one of the most source for flowers and other plants being brought to different place all over the country. because of the favored weather they has and the beautiful flowers that blooms in their place, they created a yearly fest about flowers, they also have the ala-rose parade that is being held at the festival date, where hundreds of locals and tourists gathered around the main street to see beautiful and grand floats parading.
i really love that place, the husband and i even had our honeymoon there early 2006. those are some of the memories of our first vacation as husband and wife, someday, we still dream of experiencing a wonderful riviera maya honeymoon!

WS: Table set up

This is the table centerpiece of the wedding reception we attended last week at Sonya's Garden. As expected, the foods were awesome! I truly love their fresh garden salad dressing and the other menu that was provided for the guests. Their chocolate cake was yummy even my daughter asks for another bite! I had to share of course. Anyways, I heard that the newlyweds will have a grand Vegas vacations soon for their honeymoon! now that's sweet isn't!? Since they are both wildly traveled, I bet they will also visit some other tourist destination near Vegas and I'm so looking forward to pictures of their vacation as early as now!
